RACHEL SAILER, LSW MFTC

I’m Rachel – a warm, curious, and empathetic therapist. With specialized training in individual, couples, and family therapy, I’m here to support you in understanding how early experiences shape your beliefs and relationships. Together, we’ll clarify your needs, strengthen boundaries, and help you align with your core values- so you can live with greater authenticity, connection, fulfillment, and confidence

How Can I Support You?

  • Couples:  I help couples improve communication, rebuild trust, and work through recurring conflicts. Whether you're facing relationship doubts, parenting challenges, or life transitions, I support partners in understanding emotional patterns and reconnecting in a more secure, fulfilling way.

  • Families: I work with families—particularly those with young children—on parenting struggles, emotional regulation, school-related issues, and navigating the demands of modern family life. My goal is to create a space where all voices are heard, and families can grow together with more harmony and connection.

  • Individuals: I support individuals in managing anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, life transitions, and identity exploration. Together, we’ll work toward building healthier patterns, improving emotional resilience, and gaining clarity on what truly matters to you.

  • Teens: I help teens navigate anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, identity development, and social pressures. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space for teens to better understand themselves and build the confidence they need to thrive.

I integrate evidence-based modalities such as Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method. These frameworks help clients heal relational wounds, shift out of stuck dynamics, and build deeper emotional connection—with themselves and others.

I hold a Master’s in Social Work with a concentration in mental health from the University of Denver, along with advanced postgraduate training in Couples and Family Therapy through the Denver Family Institute. My practice is also deeply informed by the intersections of culture, identity, and social systems, which I believe are essential to understanding the full picture of healing.

Beginning therapy can feel daunting, but you don't have to do it alone. I would be honored to accompany you on your path to healing and growth. Reach out to schedule a free consultation and take the next step toward lasting change.
