Meet Our Team

Rachel Sailer, LSW

I’m Rachel – a warm, curious, and empathetic therapist. With specialized training in individual, couples, and family therapy, I’m here to support you in understanding how early experiences shape your beliefs and relationships. Together, we’ll clarify your needs, strengthen boundaries, and help you align with your core values- so you can live with greater authenticity, connection, fulfillment, and confidence.

How Can I Support You?

  • Couples:  Enhancing communication, resolving misunderstandings, navigating parenting challenges, managing life and career transitions, and addressing doubts within the relationship.

  • Families: Assisting families, particularly those with young children, in tackling parenting hurdles, school-related issues, understanding emotions, and the pressures of parenthood.

  • Individuals: Helping you manage anxiety, cope with stress, process changes or burnout, explore your purpose, understand family dynamics, and identify your needs in relationships.

  • Teens: I support adolescents in dealing with anxiety and depression, building self-esteem, navigating identity exploration, and managing relationships with peers and family.

I utilize evidence-based modalities such as Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method. These approaches aid in breaking negative cycles, healing attachment wounds, fostering healthier patterns, and building confidence across various aspects of life.

I hold a Master's degree in Social Work with a focus on mental health from the University of Denver. Additionally, I've completed advanced postgraduate training in individual, couples, and family therapy at the Denver Family Institute. My practice is informed by a deep awareness of culture, identity, and the impact of social systems on our relationships and healing processes.

Beginning therapy can feel daunting, but you don't have to do it alone. I would be honored to accompany you on your path to healing and growth.
