Jamie Burke MA LCSW

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing trauma-informed therapy services to children, teens, young adults, and families. I provide a safe and inviting space to work through a wide range of issues including with grief, depression, anxiety, anger, stress, and struggles with identity and self-esteem.

Together we will focus on using your natural strengths and interests to help you to cope and feel better. We may even have some fun along the way! I understand the importance of building a trusting and safe therapeutic relationship in order for every client to feel comfortable opening up and truly working toward their goals.

I received my Master's in Social Work degree from the University of Denver and have over 9 years of experience providing therapy services and support to individuals of all ages. My background includes work in community mental health, grief and loss centers, private practice, and hospice care.

I provide an eclectic approach to therapy that is tailored to meet the needs of each individual client- whether you are looking for traditional talk therapy or a creative hands-on approach to expressing yourself. In our sessions we may use art, writing, play, or time outdoors to help you find ways to connect with yourself and feel in control of your emotions and behaviors. My goal is to meet you where you are at in your journey and support you in finding the movement and hope needed to feel happy with yourself and your life.
